Molymet’s long-term vision and strategic outlook evaluate its annual results and sets goals for the coming year. We are focused and committed to the future, having the Molymet 2030 Sustainability Agenda as a pillar.
In January, we held the Annual Molymet Strategy Review, BAEM, to define our line of work. We aimed at having as many collaborators participate, so we organized a hybrid-type event with remote accessibility, thus maintaining our internal health protocols. The activity began with our CEO, John Graell’s, welcoming words. Our directors and vice-presidents participated in person while respecting safety measures, in addition to the more than 300 virtually connected employees. “Over the years, BAEM has become a meeting point where we can address annual challenges with a solid information base. The objective of this meeting is to take stock of experiences and review insights, achievements, and challenges considering Molymet’s history,” commented John Graell in his introduction.
This meeting focused on discussing yearly results and topics worked in the strategic columns. This initiative allowed us to analyze the social and health issues we have had to face, especially the progress made in people, business, sustainability, and innovation. “Everyone’s commitment, loyalty, and contribution have been essential at making Molymet a successful company and a good place to work,” added our CEO.
Finally, the Board of Directors’ Chairman, Eduardo Guilissasti, made some closing remarks: “I congratulate all collaborators who made these exceptional annual results possible on a year marked by challenges and uncertainty,” concluded Guilisasti.
