Honorable behavior

Molymet protects the prestige and integrity of the company and its workers in order to avoid possible crimes, for which it has voluntarily decided to implement a Crime Prevention Model based on compliance with Law No. 20,393 on Criminal Liability of Legal Persons. This model has been certified by BH Compliance (see certificate), which guarantees its proper operation.

According to our organizational values, this line is an anonymous communication channel that will provide the information and reporting, securely and confidentially of those situations conflicting with morality and legality, in addition to alerting on possible fraud or corruption cases. This initiative also provides all the safeguards to prevent malicious or inappropriate use intended to damage the reputation of individuals.

How to file the complaint

Go to https://molymet.ines.cl/molymet/formulario/. Each complaint is treated with confidentiality. The complaint’s identity will not be disclosed and a neutral investigation is guaranteed.

​​Types of illicit

Among other cases, the system allows reporting theft, illicit transactions, bribery, conflicts of interest, collusion, manipulation of sales commissions, sexual or physical intimidation, mobbing, price discrimination, collusion involving false invoicing, purchasing for personal use, improper favoritism promotions, improper acceptance or delivery of gifts, disclosure of confidential reports, financing of terrorism and retaliation.

This line does not exclude the right of all individuals to file complaints directly to the company or to the relevant courts, either in person or in writing.
