the company informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in an essential event filing that its Board had agreed at Meeting No. 983 to convene the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Molibdenos y Metales S.A. on April 20, 2021, in order to vote on the following matters: the Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements, independent auditors’ report, dividend payment, Board elections, Board and Directors’ Committee compensation and budgets, appointment of external auditors and risk raters for the coming year, among other topics.

the company informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in an essential event filing that its Board agreed at Meeting No. 983, held on March 16, 2021, to propose to shareholders a final dividend No. 89 of US$ 0.20 per share charged to profit for the year 2021, payable on December 29, 2021.

the company informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in an essential event filing that at the annual general meeting held on April 20, 2021, shareholders agreed to elect the following Board members: Luis Felipe Cerón C., Hernán Cheyre V., Eduardo Guilisasti G., Juan Manuel Gutierrez P., Wolfgang Köck and Karlheinz Wex. It also appointed Deloitte Auditores y Consultores Limitada as its external auditors for the year 2021.
Also, at Meeting No. 984 on that same date, the Board elected Eduardo Guilisasti Gana as its Chairman and Karheinz Wex as its Vice Chairman.

the company informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in an essential event filing that its Board agreed to pay interim dividend No. 90 of US$ 0.20 per share charged to profit for the year 2021, payable on December 29, 2021.
On December 9, 2021
the company informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in an essential event filing related to the bond placement by Molibdenos y Metales S.A. on the Mexican market that on December 8, 2021, the company placed two lines of bonds for a total of 4,000 million Mexican pesos, equivalent to US$ 190 million.
On December 15
the company informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in an essential event filing that its Board had agreed at Meeting No. 992, held on November 14, 2021, to contribute to the capital increase of its subsidiary MolymetNos S.A. for up to US$ 180 million, to be paid in cash and other assets within a three-year period. The capital increase will take place in 2022, after the subsidiary has complied with the pertinent corporate steps.
