We prioritize development of our employees and their internal mobility both within their subsidiaries and outside Chile. When we are unable to fill new positions with our own employees, we look to outside attract talent who are a good fit with our company purpose.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) with in a company fosters perspectives and a work culture where everyone feels equally involved and supported. During 2022, we initiated the design of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy with the aim of boosting the sense of belonging of every employee in our group of companies. We want to strengthen productivity, innovation, and the commitment of our employees while, at the same time, positioning our brand for all our stakeholders inline with our strategic objectives, values and purpose.
