For the second consecutive year, Molymex, Molymet’s subsidiary in Mexico, obtained the Gold Medal in the EcoVadis 2024 Evaluation, carried out in June of this year. This recognition places us among the top 5% of companies evaluated in sustainable practices, environment and corporate responsibility.
It should be noted that EcoVadis is an evaluation platform that measures corporate performance in relevant areas such as human rights, labor practices, the environment, ethics and sustainable purchasing.
Roberto Sánchez, Director of People and Business Affairs, explained that “over time we have worked progressively to improve our performance by promoting initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable future, so this success marks a very important milestone for the company, which challenges us to continue advancing to the next level of excellence”.
Dennia Quintana, People Assistant, said that “obtaining this EcoVadis rating validates the dedication of all of us involved in implementing a Sustainable Management System, and demonstrates our commitment to the entire value chain to maintain the highest standards in everything we do”.
