Interim Dividend Payment No. 90, 2021
To our shareholders,
Molymet’s Board of Directors agreed to pay on December 29, 2021, an interim dividend amounting to US$0.20 per share, to the account of 2021 fiscal year profits, payable to all registered shareholders as of December 22, 2021.
The dividend will be paid in Chilean pesos, except for those shareholders who request payment in U.S. dollars. Shareholders may express their choice by filling out the Payment Currency form and sending it to the following e-mail address: accionistas@molymet.cl.

The dividend will be paid in accordance with the following procedure:
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
(a) The shareholders who wish to receive payment of the respective dividends in U.S. dollars must request it in writing to the Company (i) by e-mail, at accionistas@molymet.cl or (ii) in person or through a duly authorized representative, at the offices of the Company’s Shareholders Department, located at Camino Nos a los Morros N°66, commune of San Bernardo, Metropolitan Region. In any case, no later than December 22, 2021. These shareholders will receive payment of dividends through (i) deposit in the current bank account in dollars that they have indicated in the respective communication, the verification of which is the responsibility of the shareholder, (ii) in the absence of such indication, by means of a nominative check in dollars, made payable to the registered shareholder, as of the payment date agreed by the Board of Directors. The check can be collected between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Company’s Shareholders Department, located at Camino Nos a Los Morros N°66, San Bernardo, Metropolitan Region, upon identification of the shareholder with their respective identity card. Shareholders wishing to make the collection through a representative must do so by means of a power of attorney granted before a notary public. Shareholders who do not request payment in dollars in the manner and at the time indicated will be deemed to have irrevocably opted to receive payment in pesos; and (b) the shareholders who have not requested the payment in US dollars or who wish to receive the dividend payment in pesos, will receive the payment in the equivalent in local currency, according to the observed foreign exchange ratio published for the US$ dollar on December 22, 2021, by the issuance of a nominative check, made payable to the registered holder of the shares, as of the payment date agreed by the Board of Directors, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the Company’s offices, located at Camino Nos a los Morros N°66, commune of San Bernardo, Metropolitan Region. Notwithstanding, those shareholders who have so requested by e-mail to accionistas@molymet.cl, will have the dividend deposited in the current account they have indicated, the verification of which is the shareholder’s responsibility, all on the same day set for payment by the Board of Directors. Shareholders who wish to make the payment through a representative must do so by means of a power of attorney granted before a notary public.
